Sir,are there any Mumbai H.C. judgements regarding donations in any co-op.hsg.society being linked to sale of a flat?especially if the amount is exorbitantly high and could be linked to transfer.I am aware of the transfer fee beingRs.2500/at the most.However,at times a seller may succumb to such pressure to execute the sale anyway.The donation amount could be verbally decided upon or shown as not related to the sale very cleverly.Please use my e-mail for reply.Thanks,

transfer charges are Rs 25,000 maximum . not Rs 2500 as mentioned by you . in case society is demanding heft amount you can always refuse to pay and raise the issue with the registrar
