We are total 4 buildings and 4 separate society which are being separated by compound walls and all societies are being self registered. We have single conveyance of the plot where by conveyance stand in the name of one of the primary society. We have recently found that 2 of the societies of those 4 societies on the same plot of land have concertised whole common Recreation ground and then not only systematically drawing upon open parking spaces on the said RG but also collect deposits and parking charges from members of their respective member of the society. 2 of the society compound wall too have being build on the said RG which leads as separation of their respective society compound wall.
Can they do it and if they have done it how could we act them to vacant and empty the said Recreation Ground.
