I am working since last 4 yr in Govt undertaking Organization on Contract Basis.
As per my Contract Agreement initial my Contract period was 3 yr(April 2010-April 2013) on fix pay 25000 /Month (no increment given in this duration) and further extended upto 2 Yr(April 2013-April 2015) on 30,000 /Month
In my Contract policy it cleared mentioned that every yr 10% increment will be given on performance basis & i can not claim to organization for reguler appointment .
My Query is to i didn't get any increment in my initial Contract Period only after compliation of 3 yr i=my salary increment 10%. Then should i have to do for this.
& my Next query is to is there is any Mp /Central Govt rules that Contract employee can be claim for reguler after continue working of 5 or more year.
