Can a married woman can change the name of chile and put "Mother name instead of father's name without divorse" and without concent of husband. Is their any available remidy to revese the said change name or it is legal. If Legal what is the policy for the same. and if it is illeal how to go ahead with it. Currently wife had Put a DV Case and asking for Interim Maintenance for Child. But she has already change the child name and put her name instead of father name with child's name.
So if it is illegal than can husband deny for his every right as currently niether the wife is cohabitting with husband and niether she is allowing husband to meet with child. but asking maintenance for the child. Curretly their is no divorce case pending nor executed by any of the party.
Is their any case law or any judgement for the same or any section in any of the Law
