Mother-in-law trying to sell house. how to stop it?

my father-in-law has done gift deed to my husband before our marriage in 2005. it was self earned property of father-in-law which he purchased in 1998. he was passed way in 2007. we got married in 2010. but after marriage due to differences with us, husband has given gift deed of the property to my mother-in-law and filed divorce case. i came to know this recently, as they are trying to sell the house.

i have won exparte under section 9 in my state, and husband won divorce exparte in another state last month. at this stage, how to stop them selling house? how to claim rights in the property? thanking you.

U don't have rights in property. Next time get property registered in ur name and then tie the knot.

Pls do not advertise and solicit clients in the forum.

Hope you shall take it positively.

It's your husband's property and he can gift it to anyone he wishes.you can't lay any claim over it
