hai sir ,i got site mortgage loan Rs 2000000 6 month back from private finance (colletral type ) . i was paid 6 month EMI'S REGULARLY . now due to some personsonal issue i can't continue the EMI. i wish to surrender my property to private finance . pls suggest me what r the legal complications may occur and what is the procedure to do this?
