Dear Sir / Madam, I have bought a flat in chennai. Total area of the plot 11.79 acres. 1.18 acres gifted to CMDA / 2010. 11 cents gifted to TNEB / 2014. UDS also registered to most of the buyers, since 2010. But in 2013 and 2014, all 11.79 acres -Deposit of Title Deeds
If loan is repayable on
demand- to bank got 30 C / 17 C in 2013 and 2014; 102500 sq ft and got loan 15 C. Is it not criminal act. What action be initiated. Thanks
