More than 1 yr pf application not suppmitted to pf office

kindly find below the repeated mails sent to the company. But still it is more than one year the company is delaying. kindly help me to get my pf amount. kindly also send the details of the email id,s of the concerned pf department - i can forward the same or help me pls.

Due to some internal RPFC issues, we are still not able to submit your PF withdrawal form with RPFC. The issues will be resolved within next 5-7 days. Once the issues get resolved, your form will be submitted immediately. Kindly support little more in this regards.

Non-submission of form to EPFO is crime on the part of employer nd yu have to submit a writen compliant (not e-mail) with fresh form to the RPFC concerned.
