i am a education agent.
i deal with sub agents for my clients.
i am kind of middle man
i paid 1 lakh rs to 1 agent from chennai...i have worked with him in past ...he worked good.
but this time he could not provide me the result. and now not refunding the amount.
i paid him through net banking...but we do not have any legal contracts on terms of payments and refund conditions...
now he is denying at all to give any money back....
do i have any option so that i can get my money back...
actually we knew each other so use to work on mutual understanding...but now he changed altogether.
