If  I will file execution of the Award now then whether opposite party appeal to the higher court will admittable . In the other way

1) what is the maximum time for the opposite party to appeal/challange the verdict to the higher court from the date of issue of verdict

You nay file an appea lbefore civil court to set aside the award  within 90 days time of the arbitral award being passed.
