I would like to do money lending business. Its like daily installment loan. i will give Rs 9000 to customer. he will pay Rs 100 for 100 days. so I will get 1000 profit for 100 days. But usually they will finish it in 110 to 10 days. its almost 4 months. For 4 months my profit is Rs 1000. That means my profit for one month is Rs 250. Very low return. But i like to give. And also i wont get any security document( House papers, gold) from customers. I dont want to.. i want to pay tax. i want to register. whats the procedure? whats the interest limit?
