Sir, wheather Kahata of the property can be changed on the basis of an oral mohammedan gift or unregister Mohammedan gift deed in revenue authority or in muncipality? if yes please give the citation/refference in sofar as this aspect is concerned. Because as per mohamedan law oral gist is sufficient and writing is not necessary.
