In any case a person is showing the SMS as proof of the activity / incident and the same said mobile connection got with Fake documents , does the SMS proofs are valid in any civil case?

SMS is not an offence Under IT act

Company and its personnel who have signed as "OSV-Originals Seen and Verified", have conducted and verified "Physical Verification", and customer who has forged the documents are accountable.

The moment you have come to know of the forgery, you can lodge a criminal complaint and update TRAI on conduct of the company.
