A private Hospital has done outpatient treatment to a wife, wherein she falsely implicated that she was beaten by husband. and a MLC (Medico Legal Case) Number was seen in one of the xerox copy of the prescripttion.
Now will there be any complaint by the so-called victim or the police themselve writes complaint on behalf of the patient before/after booking a case in MLC ?
Or is it right to ask a copy of complaint in MLC case also like in any other cases .
