Mistake in name

Hi,

I purchased a land in Hyderabad telangana, when I received the documents today I noticed the name is mis-spelled.

They printed Shrenivas instead of Shreenivas, how can I get this corrected?

I heard Registrar office can update the documents up to 3 months from the date of sale... is this true?
