My conveyance deed has been recently registered in the month of July 2014. After having registered, it was discovered that the stamp placed on the deed by the devloper was wrong. The company name "TARA MAA CONSTRUCTION"was stamped as "MAA TARA Construction". The mistake was also found on the blue print of the map.
Please suggest whether Rectification Deed is required to be executed for the same, also state the amount of REGISTRATION fee I would have to incurred to get the same done.
