Missing contribution of cpf

I have recently discovered my cpf contribution is missing for the month of april 2014. As a matter of which there is enormous gap in the cpf amount of my colleague and me despite being same day appointee. Now the cpf office says its unable adjust the amount. The salary voucher also shows the deduction. What can i do now, please suggest, anybody. Advice needed.
