Misconduct

Can an advocate upon whom he doesn't have faith having prudent evidence against him coming to the court and disclosing the information between himself and client amounts (including bad propoganda against client) to misconduct as it is immuned under indian evidence act 1872?

basing upon the disclosure can a judge ask the advocate to submit the communication between his client and himself.

the judge wrote on the docket as follows

"Petitioner and respondent present. In view of the behavior of the petitioner, this court warns him seriously to behave properly in this court and stop making allegations against the officials dealing with his cases and concentrate on the further progress of the case. The petitioners counsel Sri K.S.S.Narayana is also directed to submit the whats-up message sent by the petitioner to him. Call on a date"
