Party "A" has purchased a property in the name of her minor daughter and also sold the same to "B" without knowing that the permission from the court can be obtained to sell the property and then "B" sold the same to "C" and "C" to "D". Now D enters into a contract with a company who told that the property can be sold only through the permission of the court and now what we can do ? The entire sale proceedings amount was deposited inthe name of minor in a nationalised bank. Kindly suggest the legal ways to clear the title in favour of D.
