Minor children rights in maternal grandfather

Minor Children aged 12 & 16 years want to file case against their mother, unmarried masi & nani also who left children to grab that property after death of maternal grandfather of those two minors above.

Can they file such case against their mother, unmarried masi & nani to not to sell the property until & unless that suit is decided to give or not to give them their share ?
