Hi Team ,
I own a flat within PCMC limit and the owner who stays below me has constructed a shed on his bedroom terrace which is actually fixed within touching distance from my window . I have 3 issues because of that
- It makes a lot of noise even when it rains lightly because of which I cannot sleep peacefully in either of my bedrooms
- There is no cleanliness as pegions regularly sh*t there on the shed
- It is fixed on my bedroom wall so I cannot fix the AC ODU there .
I have given the complaint to the society (we do not have official cooperative sociaty formed yet but there ia a adhoc committe for day to day affairs) on which they acted after 15 days after a lot of follow up and gave that owner a letter to take it within his limit but the problem has not solved yet . Can you please let me know if the outside wall of my flat is considered as a common wall and everyone has equal wrights on that ? What action I can take to take it down ?
