Dear Sir,
We wish to inform you that in the year 2003 in Mumbai court we filed a case against our vendor ( in GUJRAT) who is not returning our machinery placed in his factory. after a year the vendor also filed a case in Gujrat court and made some false claims in it against us.
Kindly advice us , since we have filed our case first , can we request Gujarat court to reject vedor's case or can we ask Himatnagar court to combine both cases and continue only one single case in Mumbai court.
Pls advice if we can do so and procedure to do so.
