Mentally ill rights

Hi,

I am a mentalli ill patient who is steadily recovering. I am often threatened to an involuntary commitment to a mental asylum. How do i defend my case, at such times? Also, my internet and phone activities are monitored. What are the legal procedures to claim my right to privacy?

There are provisions to approach

Chief Commissioner for Persons with Disabilities in the Centre, or Commissioner for Persons with Disabilities in the State.

The way you have drafted your query IT should not be difficult for you to understand your rights and defend the  rights…

GO thru;

In case you have some serious issues lodge police complaint as well and entrust the matter to a very able senior LOCAL counsel of unshakable repute and integrity specializing in Civil matters and having successful track record…

Ask president of local DBA, Statee Bar Council for help and guidance..They may help.

You may also seek help from Secretary Distt. Legal Services Authority, NGO’s….
