Are memorandum and article of association of a company available at any open source domain ?

Or can someone guide me regarding as to how to get memorandum and article of association of a company ?

All listed companies file their memorandum and articles of association in their website. check hul.co.in and search for memorandum. however, the recent Companies Act 2013 has changed the provisions relating to memorandum and articles of association. Look at mca.gov.in for the changes.
