My younger Brother, staying in Chennai, aged about 44 yrs, suffered stroke 10 days back, and is admitted in private hospital in Chennai.
He has 3 nbws in Bangalore Court. Section 138 cheque bounce cases.
Kindly let me know whether prescribed medical certificate format is available, that may be needed for production in Hon'able Court, for warrant recall.
Medical Certificate there is no prescribed format . Better let the medical report explain his present condition and state when he would be normal. Better you appoint an Advocate in the concerned Court and he would take care please.
