Mediation process

My divorce case filed again at bangalore . Now my wife once again filed transfer petition at supreme court. In case the matter refered to mediation centre and it becomes successful then thereafter how divorce will be finalised by supreme court. I want to know the further court process to follow.

If it is compomised then parties will have to file a comrpomise petition, that will be done by the mediator.  You both will have to sign for the compromise petition.  After that you both will have to appear before the court, there final order will be passed as per the compromise petition.

Actually I want to know how the 498A and DV case will be closed...Wheather supreme court can directly quash both the cases from their end based on compromised petition...As the above cases are lying in different city.....and how the gold items lying at Bank with joint account at Bangalore will be taken by the wife....
