An agreement in mediation centre of Punjab And Haryana Highycourt A pay me 20 lac in first week of ugust and i transfer my share in A name,but A fails to pay me even after 30 days ...Is An agreement in mediation centre now valid ?

you need to bring the facts before the court and tell that the said person had violated the trms of the mediation agreement and hence it stands cancelled and the said person needs to retun your shre back to you. The court will pass the appropriate orders in that regard.
