The house owner and I signed a lease agreement against a residential house in Bangalore for 3 years. However, we agreed to terminate the lease by giving 3 months notice. Owner is asking me to vecate the house as he will pay partial amount of Lease. My question is : What are the precautions / measures that I should follow before vecating the house, so that I can collect the remaining lease amount from house owner.after vecatting the house.
