Meaning of special clauses in bank auction notice

Hi,

In one of the bank auction notice, i have seen following words in upper case. Could any one clarify what it means in legal terms(simple). I googled but could not get anything.

AS IS WHERE IS, AS IS WHAT IS AND WHATEVER THERE IS BASIS

I have seen one article. It says that there is specific meaning to these clauses. These are applicable only if it was mentioned in the notice.

Regards,

Satya.
