sarita sinary (assistant teacher) 27 April 2014
I am a teacher in a private minority school working as an assistant teacher in the secondary school for the past 5 yrs. l have submitted my resignation on 27th Jan'14 wherein I ave stated that I would like to be relieved at the end of the academic year ie April. Will I get my May salary as I have worked the entire year? If they refuse what should be my next step? Plz advice.

You shall not be getting salary for the month of May, since you shall not be working in month of May as you are ending employment in April.
It shall not be sensible to ask for salary of May.
