Math (मठ) land

Can Math (मठ) Land sold to private people. Last Mahant ( महंत ) has received it from his Guru and before death sold it to some private people.

where is the money and other proceeds out of sale if the money goes in to trust or not you can file a case mahant is not allowed to do any thing if its not done with good faith and for benefit of the trust file case under criminal breach of trust 405. and under section 13,14,15 of indian trust act.
