Dear Sir, I already paid first installment to my wife in court 2 lacs and both the advocate decided that next installment paid on first divorce which is 2.5 lacs and also decided that my wife pick dhez material from my home before first motion. Now my advocate said ready for first motion then i ask from my advocate that she is not pick the material from my home he said no issue she will pick after first motion, now i have doubt that if she say after first motion that her material is not complete and some material missing and create the problem then what i do bcs my advocate said take the saprate acknowledgement from her when she pick the material from my home. i want that she pick the material before first motion from my home... what you suggest sir pls i m in tension, i take money on loan from relatives..please help..
