Morning to everyone,
Am an indian marrying a Romanian in Romania and have been asked for some apostilled documents and more importantly a document from Indian Govt stating I can marry her.Am looking for help to understand what kind of a document is this, how is it officially called and where can I obtain it from?
Am lost and any help/expert advise in this regard is highly appreciated.

Is the Indian embassy in Romania of no help ?

I contacted the Romanian embassy and they said they need the document but donot know where to get it from.
