Dear Sir,
My Father have 4 Sisters all married before 1989.(1 male and 4 female). My grand father died on 1987 and he didn't transfer his self acquired and Ancestral properties to no one.Still now my father only maintaining all properties. Now my aunties all r asking for shares in properties. Can anyone please tell me it is legal to share all properties or not?

All sisters of your father,have equal rights in grandfathers property. They can claim share in that.

ya thankyou sir but my side adv told that those who married before 1989 is not having any shares in my grandfathers properities.

since the properties are not partitioned so far, so all the female legal heir have equal share.
