Marriage procedure in temple

My native place is TamilNadu, India and I live in Hyderabad fro 20 years now. I am planning to get married to a guy from my native place and we are planning to get married in a temple with our parents acceptance. In TN, the temple asks for an Unmarried certificate and it is must for a temple wedding which endowed by TN government in Tamil nadu. I am not sure who will provide this certificate in Hyderabad. In Tamil Nadu, it will be provided by the Village Administrative officer (VAO) and when we enquired in hyderabad, there is no such posts in Hyderabad. Please help.

VAOs are called VROs now.    Village Revenue Officers.

MROs ( Mandal Revenue Officers ) are called Tahsildars now.

A marriage is registered; there's a possibility of a certificate.     An unmarried boy or girl is not registered.    How can a VRO, more meaningfully,  a Tahsildar issue a certificate?

The temple's regulation is a surprise for me.

Go to Aryasamaj temple at Hyderabad, the process is simple and they issue certificate immediately.

Ask the Temple authorities if certificate from say; VAO, MC Councilor or self affidavit is acceptable?

The said certificate is for another purpose..

Bachelorhood/Single Status Certificate

As at website of Ministry of External Affairs, Government of India

Or check with some Apostille Agents

Or ask Arya Smaj mandir officials

Check for phone numbers at their website
