Marriage certificate

Dear Sir , the issue is related to the address details return in marriage certificate issued by BMC OFFICE KURLA WEST.The actual address is(Room no) 12/1A but by mistake its written 12/14 whereas all the other details correct only the error is 12/14 insteed of 12/1A. I want to add my wife name in my passport and wanted to apply for reissue of passport for my wife since the old passport is in her maiden name. please advice will this address will be the issue in issuing passport . Awaiting for valuable revert.
