Marriage between diverced women and never married man.

My relative has finalised marriage alliance with Diverced women whereas he is Never married man. She has obtained the diverce from court and has all the papers. Man is 42 and women is 39. Both decided to get married in Vadapalani Murugan temple. What are the documents required to get married in Vadapalani temple and subsequently to get register the marriage.
