Marking of evidences

Under order 16 rules 1 to 6, we had asked my husband's company to produce his income details in evidence. Accordingly the company rep came to court and produced several documents to the judge. My lawyer is not giving me copies. She is saying it's not marked since 4 months. Is it not her duty to get them marked? Should it be marked as they gave directly to judge? I've applied in court office myself for copies and without giving reasons, the office is not giving copies. What should i do?

you can file memo before court for getting documents which is filed in court by other party. the court will direct other side to produce those documents

It is not filed by opposite party. The application was filled by us asking his company to come and give evidence. They have evidence. Who should get the evidence marked, our side lawyer?

As a general rule.... Whosoever produces documentary evidences is duty bound to get them marked..
