I have filed divorce OP in family court ,secundrabad in the year 2017 and recently i.e on 12 Feb 2019 filed chief affidavit along with the documents petition under order 7 rule 14(3). The respondent filed an counter to the said documents petition to not to mark my documents , but the court delivered an order on favour of me on 21 April 2019 to mark all my documents ie A1 to A10 .
But recently on adjournment dated 23.06.2019 Bench clerk of the Family court who is close the respondent raised an objection that descripttion of the document A6 is not clear , the judge also said that , modify the descripttion and clearly writes.
only marked till A1 to A5 . what I need to do to mark the remaining documents.
my concern here since the documents petition already allowed
1) I need to filed one more document petition and one more chief or just to file a memo with clear descripttion specific to A6 is enough .
