Marketing products

Hi, I'm looking at marketing a product which will manufactured and packed by another company. My responsibility will b only marketing the product, the packaging and stuff will be by the manufacturer himself. Please let me know wat law should I be aware off

Mam,

Contract agreement should be made carefully becasue the tax implications, laibility in case of default will be taken care as per the terms of the agreement/contract.
