High court has no jurisdiction.
Filing 498A and DVC are the legal rights of the aggrieved wives more over you cannnot prove malicious angle and file a defamation case easily.
If you feel there is a high primafacie to disprove the case you may contest the case or better compromise instead of wasting your valuable time in courts
