There is no online system to register the agreement of sale if both parties agree. But as opined by you that regarding online, when property is in 'X' Place if the parties are in 'Y" Place. The parties can register the property in 'Y' Place, recently online system came into force. In online system you have to approach the Sub-Registrar office, without approaching the Sub-Registrar office you cannot registrar the agreement of sale.
