My wife filed DVC asking hefty amount. She is highly educated MBA HR besides work experience in medical transcripttion field for about 4 years. Could you share your experience in filing counter to her petition highlighting these points?
or could you point me to few orders passed where maintenance or alimony denied? I have a daughter 2.8 years old.

There are number of judgements available online which says
1. previous working wife not entitled to maintenance.
2. educated wife not entitled to get maintenance.
As you have child court if you defend well court will order maintenance for your child and maintenance for your wife for one year only.

patch up else she will get 25% of your monthly salary she might get attached; problem today is married life never means always cool as you desire only, she is equal partner , no loger a'slave' sir, try to bring down your egotistic levels that will save you from a lot of troubles sir. tks
