Greetings.
We have recently purchased a flat in hyderabad which is of 1400 sq feet. It is a bank foreclosure property. The previous owner has disappeared for almost 2 years. There are so many taxes and charges pending. We have paid the property tax of Rs.14,000 and EB of Rs.7000.
The monthly maintenance charge is Rs.1000 and The Maintenance charge of the apartment pending is Rs.28000.
Do we need to pay the 28000 for which we never enjoyed any of the facilities till this date. and there would have been no service to this closed flat for 2 years. Do we need to pay the amount for the repairing of the lift, motor at this 2 years?
