I am a resident of residential colony Vatika City, Sector 49, Gurugram (Haryana) The maintenance services in this colony is being managed by Enviro, a sister concern of the builder M/s. Vatika Ltd. The maintenance charges in this colony are very high but the services provided by Enviro are very poor. The builder is not listening to the request of residents/RWA to solve major problems as it incur cost. The elected RWA has been asking for the audit of the accounts of Vatika City but the builder is not responding.
Kindly advise what legal action can be taken against the builder M/s. Vatika Ltd./Enviro.
