Maintanence under 125 of crpc

in this case wife has completed B.tech and passed out in 2017, to get maintainence from husband she stated in her petitioner as she is studying JAWA, a computer course. wantedly she is not going for job. i need advice to reduce maintanence/dismiss the maintanence petition? Here in this Respondent has completed his secondary school?

Whatever be her educational qualifications, if she has no means to maintain herself she can claim and definitely get maintenance order in her favour from the Family Court. The amount of maintenance that should be allowed will depend on various factors including her basic requirements and your income in hand and monthly expenses you have to meet.
