Mahar watan land

How can I sell my mahar watan land as per regular property rates.

What watan is it hadaki/hadavla or others.

You can easily sell it to another person of the same caste or who has converted later on.

You may also be able to sell it to others after paying nazarana and taking the regrant permission from the collector.

How much is the nazrana (Tax) suppose for 10 lakhs , how much tax to be paid.
