like to know does execution of petition of MACT can be clubbed or/ transferred to with running divorce case in family court ?

Depends upon the relation between the beneficiary of Mact petition and the case in family court.
Example: If wife of the beneficiary under MACT and Maintenance case under 125 crpc is pending in family court then they can be clubbed.

but it is a regular petition for divorce not filed crpc 125
still execution of MACT is clubbed.
is it feasible or it can be feasible as a spl. case.
