Who approves medicine rates in india ? The ratio in which medicines rates are fixed?

The Drug Price in Inida are controlled under DRUG PRICES CONTRAL ORDER,this is na order issued by the Govt. Under Section 3 Of the Essential Commodities Act 1955 empowering it to fix and regulate the prices of Drugs.
