Sec.3 clause (g) defines degrees of prohibited relationship sub-clause(iv) of which states that two persons are said to be with in the degree of prohinited relationship if the two are brother and sister, uncle and nice, aunt and nephew, or children of brother and sister or of two brothers or of two sisters.

Further such relationship includes relationship by half or uterine blood as well as by full blood, illegitimate or legitimate blood relationship and relationship by adoption or by blood.
